PimpDollar Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions We use a third party billing company to track and report sales to the PimpDollar Affiliate Program. All sales are tracked and verified through this processor. The Webmaster is responsible for charge backs and/or refunds based on the report from our processor. All funds are paid in American Dollars. Accounts are paid once funds reach a user-defined threshold which can range from $50 - $500 USD. Payouts are made on each Monday for the previous 7 days' worth of sales. We pay our Webmasters on time and have NEVER missed a single payment. Pay per join is payed out on signups when the customer makes their first deposit. 15% Commissions are paid on our per minute net. If you choose to cancel your Webmaster account, you will be paid any pending monies that total $50 or more. We reserve the right to cancel or change any of our programs, or terms, at any time without notification. If we make major changes, we will send e-mail notification to all PimpDollar Affiliates. As a PimpDollar Affiliate, you will receive PimpDollar news and update information. We send e-mail rarely and only when we feel the information is important to you. You will automatically be removed from our mailing list upon cancellation of your Affiliate account. Spamming is not allowed. The Owners/Operators of PimpDollar.com do not condone or promote spamming in any way. We will withhold all funds, and delete accounts of persons believed to be involved in spamming or abusing the PimpDollar system. Spamming includes: newsgroups, unwanted e-mail, or any other forms of promotion we consider unlawful. Persons attempting to cheat the Affiliate program will be removed promptly; we will not pay cheaters. Spamming and/or participating in credit card fraud will result in termination from the PimpDollar system without payment, as well as being reported to the authorities, and legal action may be taken against offenders. Any misrepresentation of our services, including (but not limited to) misrepresenting the cost and/or uses of our services. Exploitation of our Terms and Conditions, instructing the client to purchase and charge back is also not permitted in any way. Countries with high instances of credit card fraud may be banned from our program at any time. We reserve the right to cancel any account without pay if we believe an account has committed fraud and/or spamming as stated above. We cannot be held responsible for loss of monies due to downtime or damages resulting from complications with our hosting providers, server based problems, or any other issues that may arise. PimpDollar assumes no liability for lost or misdirected payments. We reserve the right to cancel this Agreement at any time, for any reason, without advance notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for all accumulated funds that total $50 or more up to that point in time. It is your responsibility to refer to this document from time to time so that you may be informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions. By joining the PimpDollar Affiliate Program you acknowledge your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
